The Tinsmith

Found at Maltese street corners in past times, travelling tinsmiths performed an important job. With their hot soldering iron and pieces of solder they plucked the holes and saved pots, pans, basins, buckets and other metal recipients from being thrown away. The skill of the tinsmith was also necessary to create objects such as metal lanterns, windvanes and so much more.
