The Stone Mason

In the past when building stone was much more abundant, the stone mason was seen on building sites cutting, dressing and carrying blocks of globigerina limestone. Few machines were available, so much of the work was done by hand tools. Yet, the finished structures and buildings were witness to the great abilities of Maltese stone masons.
